Installation guide:  

• Install license manager and after the installation a window will popup, click start/stop license tab and stop license, then click OK
• Copy all the files on your on the patch folder and paste it on your directory folder
• Go to C:\program files(86)\ARCGIS\license 10.3\bin\LSADMIN., open the window, click start/stop license tab and start license and click Reread license tab, after the reread, then click OK
• Install arcgis 10.3.1 software and when it is finished, clicked advance tab concurrent license, then administrator name from not_set to localhost, then click ok.
• Go to search menu and search ARCMAP, and export to desktop.
